Kathy is an experienced Human Resources professional with an expertise in serving professional services firms. At AMD her responsibilities include managing the administration of HR programs such as university and experienced professional recruitment, performance reviews and the mentor program. Kathy also administers company policies and programs within state and federal compliance. In addition, she is instrumental in developing and recommending HR programs and processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and employee career growth.
Prior to joining AMD, Kathy was the Human Resources Advisor for a retail supplier of agriculture products and services.
