Mark is a partner in the firm’s Tax Services Group. He is an experienced and articulate resource on corporate and business income tax law, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate finance and estate planning. From the time he graduated until his association with Anders Minkler & Diehl LLP, he was associated in several capacities with the international firm of PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP. Mark joined AMD in 1977 and was admitted as a partner in 1981.
