Carl is a principal in the Audit & Advisory Services Group. In addition, Carl is the Director of AMD’s Not-for-Profit Services and works with many not-for-profit and governmental entities. He also has significant experience related to reporting and compliance for employee benefit plans. In addition, he provides consulting and other financial services for companies in the real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as for law firms and other professional service organizations. Carl joined AMD in 1990.
